Our kitchen has always been rooted in tradition and the quality of our products . Our recipes are always renewed in our creations , in order to offer diners a taste based on experience , showing the roots of Andalusian cuisine and Spanish culture.
For this new season we have a new chef, Victor Corchado .
Trained as a chef in the " Antonio Barn " School and as Head Chef at the School of Hospitality and Farmhouse of Extremadura, his career has gone through famous restaurants such as " La Posada de Maria " Malpartida , " Barcelo V Centenario" of Cáceres , Michelin star restaurant " Atrium " in Caceres , " Martin Berasategui " three star restaurant in San Sebastian. Restaurant Chef " Pontius " Seville and the " Agape " restaurant in Salamanca. He was among the finalist of " Chefs Extremadura 2013 " Golden Spike "
